Many Damaged TakeOver items are released as limited pre‑order drops. This allows us to produce items based on demand and maintain the quality and exclusivity of each release.

 

When you place a pre‑order, you are reserving your item before production is complete.

 

Pre‑order timelines may vary depending on the item, but typical production time is 3–4 weeks after the pre‑order window closes. Customers will receive updates regarding production and shipping.

 

Please note that once the pre‑order window closes, items may not restock.

 

 

 

Deposit Policy

 

 

Some products may be purchased using a deposit to secure your order.

 

The deposit guarantees your item in the upcoming production run.

 

The remaining balance will be collected before your order ships. Customers will receive an email with instructions to complete the final payment.

 

Please note:

 

  • Deposits are non‑refundable

  • Deposits secure your item in production

  • Orders will not ship until the remaining balance is paid

 

 

Failure to complete the remaining payment within the provided timeframe may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.

Damaged TakeOver ships orders once production has been completed and all payments have been received.

 

For pre‑order items:

 

  • Shipping costs may be calculated and collected with the remaining balance

  • Customers will receive shipping updates once items are ready to ship

 

 

After shipment, customers will receive tracking information via email.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier.
